To all webmasters: Please do not place links to the files or the guides directly as this creates a bandwith problem for me. I'll check my logs frequently and it's not that hard to find a case of leeching.

If it ain't there then I don't know where to get it (besides on my hd ;), but clearly I will NOT give out any commercial software EVER.
